A Beautiful Smile makes the day _ Smile Always

Today I was thinking of a topic to write about. After contemplating a lot about it I lingered over “happiness”. And happiness reminded me of the first thing “A Smile”. A Beautiful smile makes the day because smile is infectious. The vibrations of which I carry for the rest of the day.

How do you want to see this world? What if all around the world what you see are the boring and dull faces? I don’t think that anybody would want that. All that we want is a world full of happiness.

A simple smile recharges our tired minds and souls. Somebody might have said to you or you might have said it to somebody at some point in time that “Your smile makes my day.”

A smiling face is the first thing I want to begin my day with and before I close my eyes. How do you want to be remembered when you are gone? A person with a furious and irked look or a person with an infectious smile, an encouraging  smile which inspires more smiles…

What if we leave for work after seeing the unhappy face of someone we love. We would carry a load of that unhappy look for the rest of the day. A load which is heavy to bear.

Smile is the simplest of all the gestures but is hardly seen. God has given it to you for free. So trade it without worrying about your profit or loss, because what you will gain out of it are many beautiful smiles.

There is this beautiful article by Hinsz etal which speaks volumes about the power of smile. The headline says it all “smile and (half) the world smiles with you, frown and you frown alone.” 

Problem is we expect somebody else to begin the change, somebody else to take the initiative. The initiative of passing a teeny-weeny smile. Does it involve too much effort to smile than it takes to frown? While different scientific theories claim that more facial muscles are used for frowning and less for a smile, others claim to be slightly opposite. But more or less, whatever it is, why to waste unnecessary efforts in frowning when we know that it will invite to us nothing but more frowns. Smile instead.

Smile is something which spreads happiness all around you in no time. Even in the worst of the times there at least is one reason to smile about, be thankful for that reason. Your smile can make all the difference. You have the power to transform the world around you with your smile.

Best are those people who manage to smile even when the world is ending. Are you waiting for the things to get better? Smile even in the worst of your times because that is what makes the world a beautiful place to live in. Don’t look out for any reason to smile. Today smile for no reason.
Your smile gives comfort to somebody else, a sense of encouragement in difficult times. Your smile is the reason for somebody else’s smile, so smile for that reason.

When we think about something positive or delightful the first impression which gets to our minds is a cute smile. Even the thought of it brings a broad smile on our faces. Smile is the best exercise to get a younger looking face and adds to the beauty. A confident smile adds to your radiant personality. The first sign of optimism is a smile so welcome each day with a smile.

There are two worlds that we are living in. The external world that surrounds us and a world that we have created for us inside us. We have no control on the outside world but we can control what is within. Our smile is that reflection of our happy and beautiful internal world. The best thing about smile is that you don’t need a language to convey it. Smile in itself is a language understood by all.

Let is finish this with a beautiful quote “When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile.”
