There are times when we think that nothing more can now be done, when we think that it’s all over and I can’t keep up with life now. Just remember that even those times will pass. Just think of any difficulty which has come into your life. Has it stayed? No, not for too long. You have come out of it successfully and that is why you are alive today. Keep the hopes up and this too shall pass.

Difficult times don’t stay for long – Cling to the hope

Difficult times are not here to stay. And we have to be progressively putting our efforts to come out of these times. There is a time for everything to stay and to get over or at least if it doesn’t get over we learn to live with it. It becomes another essential part of our lives and we adapt our lives getting acclimatized to that difficulty. Humans are very smartly designed by God. They know how to come out of any adversity or to adapt according to tough situations. Take inspiration from your happy moments. Do they stay? Not for long. Some thing or the other happens to ruin them. Life is a cycle which changes in every moment. Every churn of the wheel will bring something new with it. What is that one thing which will keep us through all turns in life is our hope. Cling to that hope. Our hope of coming out of that adversity.

Hope keeps you positive

Hope is the only thing which makes it easier to sustain. There is no recovery till there is no hope. When a person succumbs to some life threatening disease, the patient and its family has high hopes initially that he/she will get well soon and thus there is a remarkable recovery seen. But if the disease persists and the recovery seems to be happening at a slower rate, they start losing their hopes and thus instead of a speedy recovery, speedy deterioration of the health starts. There are very few of them who have not lost it all even during this difficult scenario. Obviously we don’t have any control on such times, but the only thing which will help us stay positive is our hope. Hope brings you happiness and patience when the times are not in your favor. When medicines don’t work, prayers do. So keep praying when it’s not in your hands.

God is testing you – Keep your hopes up

So many times I have heard people saying that “I have lost all hope.” Is this sentence correct? It is a sentence which brings with it a give up attitude. Now we believe that God can do miracles and it is evident as well. God is testing you during these difficult times. Every way of God is perfect. He wants to see how much capable you have become. How strong are you mentally. What is your faith level, what is your belief? What is your thought process? So you need to understand that difficult times have not come to break you. They have come to make you much stronger than before, to test your standard of hope. The different levels of life teach you different lessons. And it is when you think that all is lost, you find it all again. Choice is yours.

You must have heard of this beautiful phrase that “The darkest hour of the night comes just before the dawn.”

Our hope is like that. It keeps you stick to the path of belief, through the darkness. It tells you that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that is what keeps you going through the whole tunnel. In case the tunnel is long and you give up hope in between, you will not be able to find the way out of it and thus you will miss the opportunity of reaching to the brighter end. The same way are the difficulties in your life. They come with a ray of hope but the only thing that you have to do is to hold on to that hope.

The power of hope

Have you heard of the story of that little boy who was the only one to carry the umbrella along with him when the whole village gathered to pray for bringing rains during the drought in their village? That was the boy who was laughed at by all initially because of his foolish idea of bringing the umbrella even before it started to rain. Although the gathering was for the same purpose, nobody actually hoped for the same except for that boy. Learn from the strong determination of him who was so determined that his prayers would be successful. And to everybody’s surprise rains actually came. That was the umbrella of Hope. That is the power of hope. Good things will happen only when you hope for them to happen.

Hope does wonders when nothing else works

We often cross our fingers when we wish for good luck. When our results are going to get declared, when we want to hear something positive, when there is something much awaited going to happen.

Now here is a catch. Do not sit doing nothing plainly on the basis of your hopes that things will get alright on their own. If you have written an exam badly, did not put any efforts and simply praying to God to help you pass the exam with flying colors, believe me you will not. You cannot blame God for your failure later. Hopes are to be kept when you have done everything, when you have tried out all the methods, when you have put in the best of your efforts, when the things are not under your control and what you only need is that one speck of light to keep you going, more strength to sustain during difficult times, a ray of hope to make things alright.
